Paid US Mortage Bailout 3000.00 to work with and help modify my home loans starting November. Untimely filing of paperwork and no lender communication for 6 months. Misrepresented that US Mortgage Bailout used Lawyers in their legal department which never happened. My main lender didn't receive info until July (8 months later) and my secondary lender never received proper paperwork and closed claim. Since May no communication from company and at a stand still. Breach of contract by US mortgage Bailout. They encouraged me to be late on a payment, which I denied out of intergrity. They absolutely did nothing but receive my timely paperwork. I will legally pursue a full refund. Dr Hickel
