Theft of funds - credit card processing company

I have closed my account with this company three times! Since the first closure I have been charged $405.00. I filed a dispute with my bank and you agreed to re-pay the last 2 charges of $25.58 each, but said that you had permission to collect the charges prior. LIES!!! You have not had permission to take funds since July of last year. Everyone from you sales reps and up have lied to me, my company, and my bank. I have filed a complaint with the FTC, my States Attorney General and will be leaving a complaint on every message board I can find.
