If you need help

I have come across alot of negative reviews for HSBC. And i do not blame you people! I have heard many conversations the reps have had with the customers. When i worked there i usually ended up fixing the last reps mistakes and most people were satisfied with my service. I think some of the problem is, is that the customer and the rep have different "terminology" they use. I would like to offer anyone some help if you have having trouble with their customer service. And would be happy to explain some things that you may not under stand. Feel free to ask!!!
