HSBC Bank worst customer service on this planet - Premier banking service

I have had nothing but trouble and heartache with this bank. They have the worst customer service there is. No one knows what they are doing and no one can give you an answer regarding your account. I am a premier customer. Which supposedly means better service at HSBC... But that has not been my experience since the beginning. No one wants to be accountable and no one wants to take the time to help the customer. I thought they were in a service business and that is what they are supposed to do. I can't get my money out fast enough. I will NEVER use this bank again even if they paid me to!
