Uses scare tactics and threats to collect false debts. They make fraudulent claims

I was recently contacted by a Lady named Cindy at extension #3120 with a message to call her concerning a business matter. I called and she immediately transfered me to a man who I guess is their High Pressure Hitman for the company. He started to tell me about a debt I owed from the early 80's to Fleet Financial and how if I would just give him a credit card number we could settle this account today at a discount. After I started to protest the debt (I don't even know who Fleet is) and ask him for some written proof of the debt he got real nasty and started to inform me that they don't have to give me any proof, that I owed the debt and they would collect even if it mean't getting a judgement or lein on my properties.

As we kept at each other he informed me that I was not in control of this conversation and hung up. These people are nasty and very Unprofessional in their actions, I work at a Corporation that employs collectors myself and they would never act this way, nor would the average Collection Agency.
