I signed up for the course on how to get a $200,000.00 line of credit. I got the course and listened to the CD's and DVD's only to find out that he want me to complete the application to the credit companies using fraudulant information which is a crime in Georgia.

I attempted to return the material within the required time frame only to find out that they will not give me a refund because the material was opened.

How are you sopose to evaluate the material if you don't open it?
