They robber my money

First the comany rasied my car insurance, last year I got an additional person after four months without consulting my husband. I received a letter saying that the insurance has been rasied with a extra person we had in same insurance. The person is " Adys O Figueroa" for us is this is false we had never seen it and we were cheated, also is false because when I drive by weight requires me to leave and they signed the papers and taken my license copies of it and my husband approved, this company is a scam and who knows other people are in the same situation. I demand the investigation and I pay for it agan. The company had even sent me the papers out there where this alleged person and my husband does not know or who is, as a solution they told us that we have to send a letter, saying he didn't know or who does not live here as well. But I refused to pay them back, or send a letter, either way I have lost confidence they no longer trustworthly.investigate they're scamming people. The company send us a new letter with a new insurance for 6 months more $ 2 thounsand dollars. This is ridiculous. Please read the policy of the mercury insurance.
