Rate Increase With No Accidents or Violations, 208.00 a Year

I have had a rate increase. I talked with representatives of Allstate about why, and their answer is that the cost of materials to repair cars involved in accidents is going up. I have had no accidents or violations. I believe they should be raising their rates, not mine. The total is 208.00 a year. I am hoping someone can help.
