Ripoff scammers & liars Olathe Kansas

After filling out a mini application back in Aug. I was contacted by Russ. He told me, your pre-approved just give us 300 dollars for an application fee. We will finance you at 65,000. Gave him my information and 3 days later I received the application on line. Sent it next day paying 20 dollars.

Waited a week got an e-mail saying they needed more info and resign the application. Did that, In the mean time Russ said we can start looking for a house. Which my wife and I did.

Two weeks later no calls or anything. Found a house signed an agreement was going to close Oct 10th did'nt happen.

In the mean time we paid out 700 dollars in all are inspections and everything else we needed. After numerous calls to A Ron Brown we still have'nt closed on the house and we almost lost the deal twice. Had to go to a different lender. We are discusted with this company. And if anyone wants to proceed with legal action. I'll be there.
