Business & Finance

Similar to what others say. They are very nice, cooperative, and humble at the start then one bump in the road they terminate your account but not until they have reserves on hand and then hold them for a minimum of 180 days or up to 270 days. They terminated my account because they tried to withdraw some fees and the ACH was rejected. I explained to them that I had sent and email telling them to put my account on reserve because I was changing banks but they claim to have gotten it too late. So they charged my $75 in fees then took the ACH from my account, held reserves and then terminated my account, holding my money for, to a small business, is an eternity. To make matters worse, they continue to take money from my bank account, which is forcing me to close my recently opened account and open another one because once they have your account information they can always find a way to get the money out. Anyone is clearly better off paying the higher fees with PayPal then risking working with Power Pay. They simply lie to you in order to steal your money. Do not trust anything they say! They will take your money!
