Terminated my account and holding $1360 in reserve account

I am using Merchant Warehouseas my merchant service provider. After two transactions they terminated my account and I got a letter from First data that they have terminated my account and they will hold my $1360 in termination reserve account for 6 months or longer and then deduct cancellation and investigative fees. Not sure why they have done that and not sure if they will return my money back after 6 months. This is an example of educated robbery. I request all friends not to trust on this company.
