GreenLeaf Modify - US Homeowners Relief
A big fat SCAM

May 15 we contacted US Homeowners Relief after seeing an ad on the TV for Mortgage Loan Modifications. Bob McKinlay was the gentleman we spoke to and faxed all the information required.
We were told our loan would be modified within 4 months and if they could not get the modification done we would get our $2,900.00 back.
Bob McKinlay left US Homeowners after finding out about their unethical business practices and the scams.
It is now January and our modification has not been completed nor are we able to contact anyone at US Homeowners Relief as they have changed their telephone numbers. They contacted us in September and said it would be another 90 days in order to get our modification approved with our lender.
We were also told US Homeowners would contact us weekly to update us on our modification. They stole from us! We are retired and live on a fixed income. We spent our last bit of savings hoping to get our adjustable rate loan modified to a fixed rate and lower payments.
