We've been attempting for 8 weeks to refinance with Wells Fargo and theyREFUSE to assist us. Therefore we visited another lender and agian Wells Fargo DECLINED to subordate our 2nd mortagage for all of US to re finance. Wells Fargo is considering a price for all of US plus they returned to us with quantity that's COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. It is obvious to us that Wells Fargo doesn't have curiosity about customer support. We shall do anything we are able to consider our company else-where. We've also created an email to the Representative and we are upgrading him your insufficient co operation. Forward this certified to a worker of Wells Fargo that received my tax dollars in a simulus reward this season and also have him return to me. We are awaiting his phone.
