I have been in Bankruptcy with Fairbanks being included in the process... I have recenlty paid off the Bankruptcy and been paying along the way with Fairbanks... However, I had two accounts with Fairbanks and they confused the payments and tried to foreclose on my several times doing the Bankrupcty protection. They took me to court several times to be thrown out everytime by the judge of Middle Georgia BK Courts. However, I have to get off work and prove to them that I was up to date due to an officer of the company telling me that I was ahead on the payments due to mis-applying to the wrong account..

Long story short. I have paid off the first loan with a short pay request and now I am being charged extra to pay off this account. It is in the base pay-off of 45k range. They (Fairbanks) has charged me an extra interest amount of almoat 20K. Making it a payoff of 59,9000... This is illegal to charge me fee's doing the bankruptcy... I have asked for a short pay (which I don't believe) to just get from under them. They are horable..

I was contacted by Country Loan Company to help get from under them and running into problems with them trying to get satifaction..

I am tired of dealing with them and if you can do anything to get my loan from them. I would appreciate. I have been calling talking to loan resolution. However, I have only been served recently that They were tring to get the house out of Bk 13.. We are passed that now that I was released from BK on the 28th of October..

I can't afford a lawyer at this time... Will try in the future to sue them for the pain and suffering and the worst customer service organization in the world. How can a US company treat us like Iraq?
