Ripoff The most manipulative, blood sucking vultures since Hitle

In feburary all was going well with my loan experience involving Fairbanks Capital Corp. Then boom went the bomb. They changed my mailing address, didn't send me invoices, letters, any corespondence to tell me "Hey you got the shaft". I called several times for payment statements, never got one. Finally in June they decided they could send out the blood sucking vultures.

I received a letter saying I was in foreclosure, "BUT", they'd be happy to work with me on getting my past due payments caught up. Hence the forebearance agreement. If I send an initial payment, then 2 other payments; everything will be fine. "OH BY THE WAY", since our behind, and we don't want you to ever dig yourself out of the grave, you also have thousands of dollars due in attorney fees, property taxes, and a fee for the little guy we sent out to inspect your/our property.

I sent in payment 1,2, and 3."BUT" now we have other charges that incurred. "Well shoot me in the heart and stuff me in the ground." I called this finely tuned company to see if we could figure out what in Hades was going on. "Let me send you a payment history." Which they did fax to me. "WELL lo and behold even Einstrin couldn't figure it out, and when I caled back for someone to explain it to me, I was told that I hadn't paid the forebearance agreement amounts that {we'd agreed on}, who let the mouse in. As of Nov 11 I still don't know what's going on, but they are sending me more trees to look at, maybe use for toilet paper, if we ever run out.

Someone has got to help us. There has to be an agency, or a person with a need to score points with the allmighty that can get some state, goverment agency to investigate the business practices of this company, before they own the white house.

Please help us to help ourselves.
