The alleged "Statements Division" at Bank of America is just a total laugh. After I submitted a checkcard purchase challenge, they delivered me a notice having a backup of the deal in the charge card final declaring the cost was genuine (which it had been not). Therefore, used to do the undercover focus on my very own-losing hrs about the telephone and performing follow-up. Their detectives didn't create 1 telephone call in to the organization to determine concerning the cost-not 1. It was an entire discomfort but again, another instance of Lender of Americais insufficient professionalism and customer support.in the end that function, they nevertheless billed me facility costs and shut the state without awaiting the evidence of bill/reimbursement/acknowledge of error in the organization who charged my card in problem. Do not actually bother calling these client service people-they do not make notice and-or increase any customer support.
