Dot Harrison And Candice Lied to me about CCCS and forced me to pay them a large sum of money

I recieved a letter from Citi bank saying that they accepted the proposal from Consumer Credit Counseling Service on June 9. Then on July 3 I got a call from CBCS Inc. They said they were a debt collector that Citi Bank hired because CCCS did not pay Citi Bank. On my Citi bill statement on June 21 it registered that CCCS did pay them.

CBCS led me to believe that CCCS is a company that I cannot trust and that they will make my credit worse and they will make my interest rates go up high. So, CBCS insisted that I pay them. So, they talked about settlements, percentages, and monthly payments.

I don't know who these people think they are, but they were able to squeeze my bank information out of me and I had to agree to pay them. First thing Monday morning, I'm going to call my bank and make sure CBCS Inc can't get access to my checking account.

Something does'nt seem right and I'm going to get to the bottom of this!!!
