Ripoff visa card service, money from your account

I was called on a few occasions from a company for a card I had apparently applied for. Don't get me wrong I have applied for cards with low interest rates in the past, but these bastards called me on my cell phone from where?

Is there not a law against just anyone in the world calling you and saying Hi my name is Sabrina Brown you have been chosen by our credit agency to a guaranteed credit of $2000. All you have to do is pay a one time fee of $200 from your checking or saving account. Hearing this over a months time, I finally gave in. 4.5% interest on a credit card, sounded pretty low. So I gave them a number and routing number. However, I am a little quicker than them.

I found this site on the internet when I looked up their company. What I found is out of this world millions of people and millions of dollars. How can our goverment let this shit happen. I have gone overseas faught in a few worlds for our freedom, and come home to stupid peoples shit like this.

There has to be something that can be done, besides slapping them on the hand and saying sorry but you can't do that.

How about ruining there credit so that no matter where they go for work, what they do for a job, or even buy a cheese burger they could not get it with credit. Changes the rules on this one mr. Goverment, they are screwing over all of your loyal tax paying citizens.
