Completely dishonest business practices

Personally I think the company methods of Servpro of Freehold, NJ are totally shady and that I feel they're preying about the sad deficits of the current floods in NJ. I had been not given any price info or caution that there have been various costs for breaks vs. Weekdays. Had this been freely offered in my experience I'd have waited until per week evening or wanted alternate assets.

The client support person who was seeking cost from me was rude and maintained attempting to cause with me that insurance was spending anyhow. This didn't matter in my experience, I'd instead maintain my cash then provide it to Servpro.

I'll be calling the greater business agency with this issue aswell.
