Fraudulent collection practices

Well im writig this letter from the anger i have twords ocwen federal bank in concerns with my home loan when i had fallen behind on a few payments i tried to make a payment which wasnt accepted cause it was 14 cent short

They then told me i needed to come up with 1785 by the 30th of october and to fill out a faxed finacial statement which i did and faxed back and recieved the confirmation of that they then were supposed to send me a forberence agreement that needed to be notorized and sent back with my payment well guess what?

They lied to me they never had any intension of taking my money which i had all they wanted was my home which i can see now from the fact that they filed foreclosure on my credit report which they did illeagally bacause they filled foreclosure on my report way before they filled with the court which is putting me in a bad situation

I have had to take another job which i get up at 2in the morning then i work my regualr job to but they will pay for what they did to me beleive me.

There customer service is anything but that and the people that are working for them in the foreclosure department are hard to get a hold of and the bootleg forecloseure tape they sent me made me laugh shows how cheap they are

I will get away from them and will join the many in the cause what ever it takes
