Credit score claim did not match mortgage refinance result

Freecreditreport.com led me to believe that I had excellent credit of 763, but when I applied for a refinance on my mortgage my credit was too bad to qualify. They stold my money for months telling me all along that my credit was getting better and better. I would not recommend that anyone use this service.
