Ripoff Failure to pay for services rendered and false advertising

Business & Finance

I answered an ad promising to pay me to stuff envelopes at $10 dollars per envelope. I was desperate for a PT job I could do at home and not take up to much time. I believed the ad and paid all the necessary fees totaling $137.95 to get started. I paid by money order and received my package and then mailed it out the next day with the help of my children. No payment was ever received nor did I get any other kits that was promised on a weekly basis. The only name I had to refer to was Patricia Martin who worked human resources and an address that I could not get a response from. I would check the websites in search of information pertaining to the company. I was not shocked to discover that the company was bogus when weeks passed and I could get no response from them. I was going to eat the loss as a learning experience for me and my children when I read what had happined to other people. I got angry all over and wanted to share my experience so others would not get duped the way that I did.
