I introduced a cooler plus one year. To-date the cooler flooded my home I named Whirlpool to come back since I have had 3yr guarantee. I am aware which you need to purchase reurns but why must I need to spend to sen to florida after I introduced it in N.Y. Therefore a cooler that price 191.58 I'd to pay for 90.36 to ship out to obtain a repacement. Today all opinions with this product is "FOLLOWING A YEAR. THEM LEAKS" therefore to all that are looking to buy a cooler don't purchase WHIRLPOOL!!!
