Company not Licensed in my state

Contacted company about Loan remodification. A representavive contacted us. They told us not to worry about anything to give them $1200.00 so they could work with the bank as the modification was going through. Did that, eard from bank and called Rep, he said don't worry about that we are working with them. Next thing we know my wife gets a call at 8:30 in the morning from the rep telling her that our house is being auctioned off at 1030am. I came home from work trying to contact everyone I could at the bank, I kept getting different stories from them. At that point I contacted a lawyer a bankrupcy person anything, I was scared to death. Next thing we know our house was auctioned off at 10:30am and we no longer owned the home. Next thing we know there is nothing we can do, house was sold to an investor. We had no notification of foreclosure, no notification on property, nothing to indicate foreclosure.

Still in shock we notified Summitt Alliance rep and asked how we get our money back. He e-mailed us back and gave us this fax and address to send letter which he sent in PDF. We sent that back in April and have not heard back anything.in the mean time I contact the real estate division for the State of Utah and he said that Sumitt Alliance is not Licensed in the State of Utah. He said you have to do a Loan Remodification with a someone Licensed in your state. Great, now where do I go. 5 days later I was served with papers that said that I have 5 days to get out of my house. Still no money or contact from Summitt Alliance called today and the 800 numbers mail box is full. Please don't use any company that is not checked out first with your state division of real estate. My credit report is... Well you know, because I had to move in 5 days it cost me twice what it would cost now that I have a foreclosure. I am still pursuing this because I don't want to happen to more people that happened to me. Whoevers fault, the bank or summitt alliance, no one told me the truth.
