I requested a refi mortgage with Speed. They kept saying it had been authorized, & held seeking more files, that we held delivering, they billed $500 to my AmEx card, & proceeded to refuse the mortgage, despite stating it had been approved for over per month! I attempted to obtain my money-back through AmEx, but AmEx couldn't have it back from their website. Accelerate may be the worst type of aggressive bank there's ~ lying to people, & taking their cash! I had been scammed for $500, plus my present bank billed me $30 to get a benefit sum demand, & I acquired practically nothing for this!!! I'm buying class-action suit against Accelerate, since I Have read lots of grievances much like mine.
