Terrible customer service

Has other people reported about getting costs from gasoline stations on amex card that they'll not recall producing? Amex promises these retailers are signed up for fast function plan for expedient support and there's no itemization or signature needed. The only real type of assistance is what's directed at the client at period of purchase. Basically they're stating these costs are undeniable. With the web charge card scam, I am not-too assured this program is fool-proof so I wonder if others have related grievances.
