Delay of modification

Bank of America appears to be slowing a choice on our change. Within the 3-month test schedule I've repeatly needed to deliver and resend info they didn't have though I'd previously delivered it for them. I tested up together continuously to determine where the mortgage was and was usually surprised to locate items lacking. Lastly it had been delivered for running and briefly there-after we were refused for lost info! I called instantly and was informed it had been reopened! I'm handicapped and increasing my 3 grandchildren, I've existed within this house for nearly 25 years today and may manage to pay for this when the mortgage rate of curiosity could be fallen to some reasonable price. I'm ill over this and experience BAC isn't devoted to dealing with their clients. You will find way too many paper-pushers concerned and never enough people concerned to help make the correct choices. I truly wish it has an optimistic finish for me personally.
