Lease finance group forged my name to a contract while i was out of the country [ i was in europe for six weeks ]they over charged me for equipment i did not order. They were furnished with proof that i was out of the country and that the signature on the contract was not mine. They reviewed the information and agreed it was not my signature. This however has not stopped them from harassing me with non stop phone calls and eventually a judgment from from a new york court, for which i was never served any papers or given the opportunity to defend myself. I now have legal representation, and am seeking recourse.
