Bad business practices

The corporation charged my charge card bill twice in February, three times in March for just one item delivery every month. I've numerous emails to customer support each with responses declaring their plan for deliveries. I've delivered charge card record demonstrating amts removed improperly. Today am receiving statement declaring I owe more income when my acct ended March 25th. The corporation deducts from charge cards without any sales. They don't consider any grievances significantly or do they attempt to repair any payment mistakes. For me I'd recommend anybody intersted within this item not to purchase any items out of this organization.
