EPlatinum RIP off company withdrawing $99 from my account without authorization

This company processed a check out of my account for $99. I didn't authorize any withdrawal from my account. When I tried calling the phone number 818-255-9973, I got some message center that took my information and said that someone in customer service would contact me back about my issue. I didn't receive a call back, and am going through my bank disputing the charges on my account.
