When they call they indentify themselves as INSTANT LENDING GROUP. They will give you a Customer Service number that is been answered by operators who take messages only. The office staff is always busy talking to other customers. Also, they say you live in a different time zone from them because they are in the Pacific Time Zone even though you call when it is noon in the Pacific time ZONE.
