Took money out of my account

Platinum online group took money out of my account in the sum of 99.49. I called them and someone told me that I could get a refund and never received it. I tried to call this number back again and received a busy signal... 818-255-9973. I want my money back but can not get it back... Is anyone going to take legal action against these people?
