Excessive reporting of debts on credit reports

First of all let me say that in todays age paying a medical bill after the insurance has paid shouldnt be so hard! You get multiple statements, some are bills, some arent, some are for your fyi. Neither here nor there they sneak up on you and its never really clear what you have paid, versus what you still owe.

Professional Credit services is there to help all the area hospitals and doctors offices to collect on medical bills! Yeah! Yes, I have paid my bills, lets be clear about that. But when you have so many, some of them slip right through the cracks right into the hands of Professional credit, and onto your credit report! Instantly.

I had payment arrangements with my medical provider that I paid each and every month, still do. Never miss a payment, they still sent my accounts... Yes I said accounts to PCS. Typically a creditor lists total balance owing as debt. NOT PCS, they list each and every single transaction as one bill. I had cancer, total bills I believe owed to this date is 3k. There are 42 transactions, some for as little as $2.00. Listed as a debt, line on my credit. 42 transactions! And to keep the debts alive each and every month, they relist them... Each payment I make, they light each bill back up to further shoot my credit to the ground!

Calling in one day I asked the collection agent whom has been very nice... Of course, I pay her $200 per month! Lol "Why are each of these bills listed as a totally separate bill on my report, when each month I pay one payment"? She laughed, agreed it was to further "hurt and encourage one to pay their bill"! But if thats what your doing, how does that help? Again, laughing in a pleasant voice, she agreed I was right, and that their practice was shameful at best!

So today I look at my credit report, all I see is PROFESSIONAL CREDIT SERVICES OF OREGON! I have no other bad credit, just all 42 of their entries, ranging from $2.00 to $81! I asked them if I could pay several of them off in full to clear my report!"nope", that would eliminate their interest! Cant win for loosing with them!

OH! Almost forgot... If you don't pay them, RAY KLEIN will sue you and take you to court... They always get you, no matter what!
