I called the 866-230-2513 number and got some young girl or woman that could not speak enlish where I could understand her. I told her I needed help getting a walker and she asked me for my medicines. I gave them to her and the mg dosages as well. I still did not get any kind of help from her regarding a walker. I want to speak to someone in the good old USA not some foreigner that cannot understand me and I can't understand them. Come November I will be changing my insurance company that has offices here in the USA if I need help.
