I only wanted information for $2.97 but was also charged $139.95 without my authorization. Called icm websites to terminate subscription and demand refund of unauthorize charged. They refused to refund

Icm website is a total scam. I only wanted the information kit for $2.97. I was not aware of an additional charge in the amount of $139.95 which was charged to my credit card. I did not authorize such charge. Made several attempts to contact company but no response. Finally got thru made a complain and demanded to xcl subscription and refund the money. I was advised that I did not meet the 3 day cancellation which was communicated to me thru my email. How can I possibly authorize a charge for a product that I havent receive? Demanded my money back but they refuse. Ordered information kit on April 30. It is now May 6 and have not received the information kit. I demand a refund of all charges.
