You may cancel your enrollment into the Consumer Preferred, LLC Credit Plan within (30) days from the mailing of the Welcome Kit and Consumer Preferred, LLC Platinum Card.

This is what they tell you in the package that you recieve not the agreement that you sign. That is how they get way with this. They don't inform you when it was mailed out so no matter how hard you try you will most likely never get it back in time to get your refund. That is because it takes them 2-4 weeks to send it so the fact is by the time you get the package the return time has already expired.

In the agreement they tell you nothing about the type of card that you are recieving. They do lead you to believe that it will be a major credit card. When you recieve the 1 pound 8 ounce package you find out that it is a retarded fake card that you can only use to purchase things off the internet.

Plus the fact that when you order your items you have to pay half of the final price just to be able to recieve the stuff you ordered. Where does that help you build credit? You apply for a credit card because you want to build your credit and get the things that you need on credit because you can't afford them. To ask someone to pay half of what they buy is going to keep people from buying stuff. However they will still charge you their monthly fee.

They are a rip off and I hope that in the long run that they will end up getting what they deserve. They way they treat people will turn around and bit them on the behind. I hope it does.
