Netspend scaming for faxing and prepaid account

My complaint. This is my first debit card and i am not very outraged with netspend i want to use the debit card but everytime i acess my account it say there is an error on with my account. So i called the corporation they told me i have to sent some docunments too them so i wait untell the next day and fax my id and my social security and i the pay the faxin 3 dollers and the guy told to wait 24 hours. I wait and i could excess my account tick off i called them for the 7 time. They told me resend it wit my social and id and fax so i did wit other infor. It did not work so i though. Then i called the corporation again, they said needed too forgot to put the mailing address too it so it go to my account? Waitin to see wait happens next
