Internet thieves

Www.grantresource.com should be stopped. My name is Chuong. I am in the same situation. I never buy or sign up for anything but they already charged me for two months ($76.21/month), and I just found out yesterday. I called and a guy named Gary gave me the cancelation confirmation number right away after I told him that I was suspicious about the charges. Somehow I felt like that he knew the end of the conversation. He asked for my name to look up in their file; nothing shows. But they have my address and "my bank account". I questioned him why he did not have my name. He said maybe it was somebody else was using my e-mail??? I asked for my info in their file again and he said maybe my wife saw the e-mail, opened and clicked on something to confirm... I asked him again to tell me any name on the address and for the two charges, he said he could not see the names. He said I signed up but they don't have the name on file... It is enough to tell me these are thieves over the internet. This needs to end. Some authorities should track them down. Their address is 9128 Renaissance Dr., 1-866-200-2177, NV. (no name of the town) Its enough for my carelessness to check my money regularly. But I learned from now on.
