Fees taken in error not refunded

Florida Child Support Services inadvertently put a hang on my bank account, subsequently delivered a rescind purchase correcting the mistake. Pursuit not just billed me a $100 fee, but will not return the fee. I had been informed by one individual after I named I'd obtain the charge back, subsequently by another that there's no means I'd have it back. After I questioned about why I had been informed I'd have it back, I had been informed that individual didn't work-in the division, they might not articulate the title or might they inform me what dept. They worked in. Looking to get your hands on a boss for times but don't return my calls. WORST customer support experience ACTUALLY.
