I opened a Chase Credit consideration. I replied to an offer on television created my Period/Existence to get a praise Disc. I had been guaranteed I really could purchase simply the main one Disc without actually reading from their website again. HA! This began my poor experience with Pursuit. The next month a fee for $24.98 turned up on my charge card from Time-Life. I instantly understood what occurred and named Pursuit Customer Support and described. I had been informed they'd indicate that cost 'in challenge' and also to contact Time-Life and also have them credit it back, that we did. I subsequently reduced the rest of the stability and shut the charge card in July 05.

In Sept. 05, I obtained a check from Pursuit for $24.98 that we chased. Then it turns up on my credit history that I've a superb stability with Pursuit for $24.98. After I named and requested to talk to the most effective CSR I had been informed they had increase acknowledged me and delivered me a check. She did apologize for letting it appear on my credit history being an excellent debt and that I questioned her to deliver me a notice declaring that and apologizing to which she decided. I've never obtained the notice plus they are still bothering me to pay for them the $24.98. I'll be much more than pleased to pay them-and I told them-so, the moment I get a notice of apology plus they go off my credit history. Every additional CSR I've voiced with about that problem has served like itis simply too bad-but I owe it plus they do not owe me-any apology plus they arenot likely to display my consideration in a zero stability till I spend it. I am considering when Hell freezes over. Do not bank with pursuit!
