Coping with a business such as the Columbia Home dvd membership continues to be nightmare in my own life. Like lots of people I'm on the budget. So obtaining billed $50.00 each month is just a small frustrating!!! I've terminated my balances, which you will find several, four times in six months. Still nothing is performed concerning the charges. I have now been charged with my lender an overdraft charge three occasions, since i never learn about the costs I'm getting till it's too late. I have submitted a comsumer compaint, and also have spoken to some lawyer about ways to get my cash back. To this very day I'm still being billed!!! Customer support is terrible, the folks are rude, and also you never obtain a right answer. I won't quit with columbia home till i obtain my money-back! Prevent this company no matter what, or you also is a target of the god-awful organization!!!
