High credit amount overstated, won't fix credit reports

Beware of this credit company. They may incorrectly report your information to the credit reporting agencies and it will be impossible to get it corrected. We have tried to get them to correct what they have reported and have received no response in over a year. We asked for a copy of the records where they are getting their information. We are talking about a credit card that has not been used for approximately 6 years. They overstated our high balance as being 10 times our credit limit.
