Negative credit reported i was only 16 years old!

I pulled my credit report and found out that i have a negative reporting on it from walmart. At the time it was opened i was only 16 years old. When i called them to inquire about it, i was told that they (walmart) had no information under my ss# and could not help me, and that it might have been an error. Right! Now its up to me to get it fixed.
