Capital One Credit Card Company
Fraudulent charges

According to my credit report, Capital One wrote off and closed my account in 2005. They have continued to add charges to this account and keeps writing it off again and agsin. This must be illegal. I never receive statements or bills and I guess these charges are interest and finance charges for an account that has been written off. How can this company get away with this?
