Citibank refuses to give me cash when I close my account!

I'd a bank account with Citibank. I shut the consideration due to their poor providers. I needed to obtain cash but Citibank will not offer me money. They mentioned that since I am no further their customer they do not cash the check, that was released by them.

What type support is that this?

I'd realize easily do not have a merchant account together and need to cash a check given by another lender. Nevertheless, this isn't the situation. I'd a merchant account together. They've my cash and today will not supply money in my experience after I shut the consideration.
