No answers, no returns of the money

I totally help all of the bad attributes of the financial institution. I'm students and that I do not work. Going back couple of months I've been billed for facility costs for funds going right through the consideration on strange times significantly later that I settled. They alter the internet bank aswell and that I cannot follow it. I've costs obtained from me for levels of cash I'venot authorized. Our inspections have 1$ extra each time. No solutions. No results of the cash. No aid. I'm buying lawyer today and that I may advise several regulators about that problem since isn't about money anymore. Is approximately my pride and privileges to understand the reality, not their backup/stick emails i obtain every single day.
