What happened to Customer Support? I'd genuinely believe that BofA might have greater support. I've been a person for ten years and that I can't wait to-go and shut my records. I had been informed that there is no cause to consult with a as "expert could not do something for me". I'd to need to consult with a 12xis before I had been moved. When I did reach her, she explained she'd look after something which nowadays they inform me-she did not create any records of. Actually, the machine confirmed that I really couldnot confirm my consideration, and so I should have not talked with anybody. Nowadays, after talking with another alleged Boss, after I requested to talk to somebody who may help me, she mentioned that there is nobody else for me to speak with. Nobody within the entire flipping organization?

I'd never reccomend them-and I can not wait to locate a new lender!
