Short Sale Issues

I have been attempting to finish a brief selling today for more than 9 weeks with Bank of America. Our first purchase agreement arrived on September 2 and after waiting six months to determine BofA determined they needed me to pay and extra 10% over exactly what the customer was prepared to spend. Since I Have invested the final 5 years spending the mortgage regardless of being unemployed twice I merely do not have anything left. They murdered the purchase so we relisted the home to incorporate that quality and we are in possession of another agreement for that quantity and again they're stating they wont agree the purchase until we horse up about 8% this time around. I still do not have that cash therefore it appears like they are likely to again destroy the purchase. I can not record the home for this new amount since it merely wont assess for that quantity.

Has someone else had this issue?
