Unauthorised charges to my credit card

I had been billed 49,95 to my credit card without my agreement. I had been charged from may as much as jan. I talked to the appropriate individuals and their response that i obtained notice via an email consideration wwhich wasn't effective during the time of the notice. I never used the assistance i had been charged for. Since the charge was near my monthly car insurance consequently i skipped to fees put on my account. I've been reembursed one transaction. I s requesting the whole amont removed from my account (49.95 x - 8,399.60).
