Unauthorized charges

Our child and that I each had a membership with Night Sunshine and Sail for unlimited tanning for $18.88 each monthly if we permitted automated distributions from my bank account. To end these subscriptions I had been informed I'd have to send them a published notice saying when our subscriptions might finish. I did so this on March 25. I did so contact in the end of May, right before our account was to finish, to ensure they'd obtained my notice but was informed there is no means they might tell me that. The assistant explained I ought to have delivered the notice through Authorized Email. I had been never advised to deliver it through Register Email. The Assistant stated they inform everybody to deliver the notice Register Email which wasn't a genuine record. I was never told that. I had been prohibited to contact their accounting workplace and may never obtain a call-back from the Supervisor about when they had gotten my notice. I did so contact May 1 and questioned if my account was terminated. The Assistant said yes. No funds were removed from my checking account in-May, however in July, September and September, MS&D has had out 4 funds of $18.88 from my bank account. I named Midnight Sun & Sail and requested to talk to a. I'm advised a may contact me. I've received no reply. I've submitted a challenge with my lender and place an end cost on any Sept cost MS&D attempts to remove. The only real reaction I've obtained may be the assistant stating my childis account wasn't terminated. Our child's title was obviously about the notice I delivered them-and no funds were removed within the month of May for either people. I can't get any reaction why they began getting funds out-of my bank account again. I offered a duplicate of my notice plus they stated they'll attempt to assist me get my cash back.
